Class Descriptions

Level I:
Start here. This is where every great dancer began his/her journey. Learn some combinations in most of our dances – enough to keep yourself busy during socials.

Level II:
This intermediate class builds on the basic steps learned in Level I. It introduces more patterns for the dances you learned in Level I, some more advanced steps, and adds fun techniques that will help you shine on the dance floor.

Level III:
Building on the foundations of the first two levels, Level III helps you refine your technique, introducing new steps for the dances you know, more advanced techniques to give your dancing that little extra, and more new dances, including the stunning and vibrant Viennese Waltz!

Class Format:
Starting last year, our classes have been split into A and B parts. A parts are taught in the Fall and B parts in the Winter. Be sure to take both parts for a full experience! You will also see a half hour practice time between classes – this is for both classes to utilize for working on steps and asking questions!

Want us to come teach at your event?

In some cases, we can offer to bring our dance instructors to come teach at your event! We will provide the equipment, the music, the volunteer instructors and TAs. All you have to provide are the dancers. Please contact us.
