The UADC By-Laws form the offical regulations of the UADC, and are forwarded to the Government of Alberta as required by the Alberta Societies Act. Changes to the UADC By-Laws may be made during a membership meeting.

The day to day operations of the UADC are governed by policies created, updated, and repealed by the UADC Executive. UADC Executive Policy takes its form as the individual Acts as listed below.
