Instruction Board

The Instruction Board is empowered to deliberate and formulate recommendations for the Executive Council on matters of instruction. The Instruction Board helps decide how we teach our classes, and what we teach in them: syllabus, dances, steps, and class format.

Board Responsibilities:

• Making recommendations to Executive Council in the areas of class schedules, curriculum, music, performances, Teaching Assistants, workshops, competitions, and Dance Camps.
• Making recommendations to Executive Council on the formulation of the class evaluations.

Positions:

• Chair (Vice President Internal)
• Vice-Chair
• Secretary
• Instructional Staff
• Teaching Assistant Representative
• At least two members of the TA Corps one of which must be a class instructor and one of which must be a general TA
• General members appointed by the Executive
